This is a Real Estate service developed by HBN to facilitate a system that takes the concern and stress out of the sale process of your Home, Investment Property or Business.
 
Hamilton Blake Norris once appointed as your Vendors Agent will act as the intermediary between you as our principal and the Agent, we instruct in consultation with you to sell your Property.
 
Prior to these instructions being given to a selling Agent will have your Property valued by our Consultant Valuer Mr. R.L Courtney who has in excess of 45 years experience as a Valuer Estate Agent and Auctioneer. This process will establish an impartial and arms length benchmark for your Property.
 
Once this has been completed we will call for a Market Appraisal and Marketing Schedule from a minimum of four Agents who are active in your area.
 
In consultation with you and by referral to our Benchmark Valuation, we will appoint one of these Agent to market and sell your Property.
 
At all times Hamilton Blake Norris will be by your side throughout the Sale process. All documentation will be monitored and scrutinized by us, all offers from prospective Purchasers will be submitted through our Agency and fees and charges negotiated by our Agency on your behalf.
 
This service is designed to achieve the optimum result for you to take the emotion out of the choice of Agent and to facilitate the professional marketing and same of your Property, or Business, on the time frame that best suits your requirements.
