Our Property Management Department is managed by an experienced Property Professional Mr Joe Scodia. Joe has extensive experience in the provision of Property Management. The core principle of our Property Management Department is to provide our property investment clients with an excellent standard of service and care, by minimizing client concerns and by maximization of return on investment. The departments' prime purpose is to lease and manage residential and commercial properties in an efficient and professional manner.

Our service to you is delivered with the following principles as the core of our company philosophy.

  1. All calls or messages to be returned within 12 hours.
  2. All Due dates are taken seriously by our department. Theses include routine inspections of your property investment, lease expiration dates, and rental increases.
  3. All maintenance issues are to receive approval by landlords prior to undertaking any works.
  4. Rental receipts closely monitored and controlled.
  5. Regular landlord monthly payments and statements.
  6. Regular communication with tenants and landlords where required.
  7. Availability of your property manager
  8. A complete financial assessment of your wealth plan by a professional financial planner. Fees and charges are available on your request.
  9. Portfolio advice and Valuation as required.
